Eligibility for Returns

We accept return requests only if the product received is damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from the item ordered. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact. Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, or partially used perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are received in a damaged or defective condition. Products purchased during clearance sales, special promotions, or marked as non-returnable are also not eligible for returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly provide your order number along with clear photographs or videos of the product and packaging to help us verify the issue. Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund, depending on product availability.

Refund Process

After your returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchange Policy

Products eligible for exchange will be replaced with the same item whenever possible. If the requested item is unavailable, we may offer an alternative product of equal value or process a refund based on the circumstances.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted. If your cancellation request is approved before shipment, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect product. In such cases, Kefia.in will bear the applicable return shipping costs.
