Our perfumes and fragrance products are not covered under a manufacturer’s warranty, as they are consumable personal care items. However, every order is inspected before dispatch to ensure that the product is in perfect condition and securely packaged.
If you receive a product that is damaged, leaking, defective, or different from what you ordered, please notify our customer support within 48 hours of delivery. To help us investigate the issue, kindly provide your order number along with clear photographs or a short video showing the product and its packaging. Once the issue is verified, we will arrange a replacement or provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
The warranty or replacement policy does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper storage, accidental breakage, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, or use contrary to the product instructions. Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with after delivery are not eligible for warranty claims unless they were received in a defective condition.
Natural variations in fragrance notes, color, or packaging introduced by the manufacturer from time to time shall not be considered manufacturing defects. Similarly, individual fragrance preferences or expectations regarding scent longevity do not qualify as warranty claims.
If a replacement product is approved but is unavailable due to stock limitations, Kefia.in may offer an alternative product of equal value or issue a refund at its sole discretion.
Kefia.in reserves the right to inspect and verify all warranty claims before approving any replacement or refund request. Claims submitted after the specified reporting period may not be eligible for consideration.
